Extremely unhelpful office staff. Offered no help and also lied about how the conversation to schedule an appointment went. Sent me to an urgent care who them told me they couldn't treat me and I had to go to my PCP. Which of course led to nothing and me posting this review. 4 hours of wait at the urgent care and a copay later and the office staff tried to blame me.
