I offered to pay when I come in to pick it up, and was told I HAD to pay prior.
Poor service, rude staff, especially Julie at front desk. Dentist and staff make you feel uncomfortable, nd always make sarcastic remarks. Dental work is marginal at best. Dentists are never available when you need them, always booked, and only open Mon - Thur, close at 3 pm. If you have any JOB, you better find a different Dentist! I have been loyal and spent a lot of $$$ at that office, and was treated like a first time customer when I needed a $50 bleach tray, they wanted a payment before even making it. Ridiculous!
